The Ottawa Police Service Central Criminal Investigations Unit an Crime Stoppers are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an aggravated assault.
On September 22nd 2019, at around 3am, the victim was assaulted near Dalhousie St and York St. The victim lost consciousness after being assaulted, and sustained significant injuries. Please see the photo below provided by investigators.
